That devotee of mine is very dear to me...

अद्वेष्टा सर्वभूतानां मैत्रः करुण एव च| 
निर्ममो निरहंकारः समदुःखसुखः क्षमी||

संतुष्टः सततं योगी यतात्मा दृढनिश्चयः| 
मय्यर्पितमनोबुद्धिर्यो मद्भक्तः स मे प्रियः||
GEETAJI : 12-13.14

"जो न किसी से द्वेष करता है, सभी प्राणीयों के प्रति मित्र-भाव रखता है, सभी जीवों के प्रति दया-भाव रखता है, ममता से रहित, मिथ्या अहंकार से रहित, सुख और दुःख को समान समझने वाला, और सभी के अपराधों को क्षमा करने वाला है... जो निरन्तर भक्ति-भाव में स्थिर रहकर सदैव प्रसन्न रहता है, दृढ़ निश्चय के साथ मन सहित इन्द्रियों को वश किये रहता है, और मन एवं बुद्धि को मुझ परमात्मा में अर्पित किए हुए रहता है ऎसा मेरा भक्त मुझे प्रिय है..."

"That devotee of mine, who does not hate any creature, is friend and compassionate, is not possessive or egoistic, accepts pleasure and pain with equanimity, is forgiving , is always contented, is united constantly with me in meditation, has the mind under his control and has unshakable resolve, selfcontrolled and with determination in mind and intelligence always fixed on Me, is very dear to me..."

यस्मान्नोद्विजते लोको लोकान्नोद्विजते च यः| 
हर्षामर्षभयोद्वेगैर्मुक्तो यः स च मे प्रियः||

यो न हृष्यति न द्वेष्टि न शोचति न काङ्‍क्षति| 
शुभाशुभपरित्यागी भक्तिमान्यः स मे प्रियः||

GEETAJI : 12 - 15.17

"जिससे कोई भी प्राणी उद्विग्न (विचलित) नहीं होता और जो स्वयं अन्य किसी प्राणी के द्वारा उद्विग्न (विचलित) नहीं होता, जो हर्ष-संताप और भय-चिन्ताओं से रहित है ऎसा मेरा भक्त मुझे परम प्रिय है... जो न कभी हर्षित होता है, न द्वेष करता है, न ही कभी शोक करता है, न ही कभी कामना करता है, जो शुभ और अशुभ सभी कर्मो से ऊँचा उठा हुआ (राग-द्वेषरहित) है, ऎसी भक्ति में स्थित मेरा भक्त मुझे प्रिय है..."

"That devotee of mine, by whom people are not mentally disturbed, who himself is not mentally disturbed by others, who is free from ups and downs, fear and anxiety, is very dear to me... That devotee of mine, who neither delights nor hates, who neither grieves nor desires, who is indifferent to things auspicious or inauspicious, is very dear to me..."
